FICOHSA UX/UI Case Study

In this project, I redesigned the mobile banking app for Ficohsa, one of Central America's leading banks with over 30 years of experience. Through user research, I identified pain points in the existing app and gaps in available services using those insights to design a more intuitive, user-friendly platform that makes everyday banking clearer and easier to navigate.
