DON & Supplies On The Fly UI/UX Redesign

A full end-to-end redesign of an e-commerce site for foodservice and kitchen equipment. The existing site lacked visual hierarchy, consistency, and a clear path for users to take action. I audited the site, restructured navigation and user flows, and built out a cohesive design system delivering responsive mockups for the homepage and product pages that make it easier to browse, find, and buy.
